Equine Assisted Life Coaching
Equine life coaching sessions are held at Still Waters Farm. A picturesque farm off the main road. From the moment you drive in you can start to see why this farm makes an ideal place to heal and recover. Embracing all the sights, sounds and smells will awaken all of your senses. Giving you a full-body experience. Hear the song of the birds singing, notice the warm sun on your skin as the breeze gently blows through your hair, the smell of nature lends itself to the perfect backdrop for relaxation. Call Averi and ask for a free 30-minute meet and greet at the farm or a phone call. Let’s make sure we can meet your needs. Equine and office/zoom sessions are 60 minutes. Equine therapy/life coaching sessions are held outside at the farm, weather permitting.
- The first session is where we gather information, set goals, and meet some horse.
- After you choose your relationship horse that will be the horse that you will work with for the remainder of your sessions.
- Riding is not required but may be recommended as part of the therapeutic process
You will work in a team, with a life coach, an equine specialists in mental health and learning, and a horse. No knowledge of horses is required, although there is significant hands on interaction with the horse. Riding is not required but may be recommended.
